About Us

Our Story

In 2009, Jade Currid of Jade Currid Creative, LLC., developed an immense passion for photography while enrolled in a photojournalism class at Auburn University. 
Just a year later, she began living her dream by taking photos of the people and places that make agriculture such a rewarding field. She submitted these photos with the feature stories she wrote for an agricultural publication. 
Another year later, she walked across the graduation stage at Auburn University, diploma in hand with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Communications and minor in Agricultural Leadership. That was 2011. 
Through the years, Jade has had the privilege of promoting the life she loves through her camera lens, especially through her photos of horses and the Western lifestyle. Jade has an eye for equine photography as she has served as a working student at three different barns and as a guide on agritourism trail rides. 
In addition, she is able to snap the right shots in a variety of equestrian disciplines as she has ridden stock horses and reiners and ridden in Huntseat and Western Pleasure disciplines as well.
 She offers a variety of prints for sale that fall outside of the agricultural realm, and she is available to be booked for portrait and event photography sessions.
